The Whole House Duct Mount HEPA Air Cleaner is a state-of-the-art filtration system. It can remove atmospheric particulates as small as 0.3 microns (more than 333 times finer than a human hair) with 99.97% efficiency on the first pass. The upgraded ERV exchanges heat energy and humidity to manage air quality and optimize energy usage. We have increased the size of the ERV to flush out more stale air and upgraded the MERV 8 to a MERV 13 filter to capture more outdoor pollutants such as pollen, bacteria, mould spores, and pests.
We have increased the size of the air filter media cabinet from a 1” MERV 11 filter to accommodate a 5” pleated MERV 13 filter. The 5” filter leads to better air quality, better airflow, and cost savings.
