ERTH360 Air is our foundational solution to improve indoor air quality. Key features include advanced air filtration and ventilation systems that reduce allergens and stale air, and additional operable windows for fresh air flow. These innovations go beyond typical new home construction standards, reducing indoor pollutants for cleaner, healthier indoor air.
The Whole House Duct Mount HEPA Air Cleaner is a state-of-the-art filtration system. It can remove atmospheric particulates as small as 0.3 microns (more than 333 times finer than a human hair) with 99.97% efficiency on the first pass. That includes dust, mites, mould spores, fungi, bacteria, viruses, pet dander, cooking smoke, smog, and more. The quiet system delivers clean air through three filters:
The upgraded ERV exchanges heat energy and humidity to manage air quality and optimize energy usage. We have increased the size of the ERV to flush out more stale air and upgraded the MERV 8 to a MERV 13 filter to capture more outdoor pollutants such as pollen, bacteria, mould spores, and pests.
We have increased the size of the air filter media cabinet from a 1” MERV 11 filter to accommodate a 5” pleated MERV 13 filter. The 5” filter leads to better air quality, better airflow, and cost savings.
