Together with Empire and in collaboration with NRCan, Sustainable Buildings Canada (SBC), Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA), Canadian Association of Consulting Energy Advisors (CACEA), Builders For Climate Action, Building Knowledge, and Enbridge we are designing and building a Net Zero Home that will incorporate ERTH360’s health and wellness features. The home will be located at Empire’s Avalon master-planned community adjacent to the now completed Empire x ERTH360 Discovery Home.
The goal will be to understand the production and cost implications of building a home that is certified Net Zero with ERTH360 features. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
